The Healthcare Health Savings Account ("HSA") is a tax-advantaged medical savings account which has benefit of off-setting the deductibles by receiving both your pre-tax contributions, as well as AGN's contributions monthly in the amount of $150 (totaling $1800 if employed for the entire year). The funds contributed to this account are not subject to federal income tax at the time of deposit. HSA funds roll over and accumulate year-to-year if they are not spent and are owned by YOU, even if you leave Alchemy Global Networks. HSA funds may be used to pay for qualified medical expenses at any time. Another benefit of your HSA is that qualified funds can be invested in a manner similar to investments in an Individual Retirement Account (IRA).** AGN reserves the right to determine its HSA contributions on a year by year basis **The Health Reimbursement Account Plan. AGN will reimburse your family for approved deductible amounts through the third-party administrator. Once you, as the insured, submit EOB claims for the in-network deductible, AGN's reimbursement of the approved deductible amounts will be processed by direct deposit.

AGN observes the following federal paid holidays per year for all exempt employees: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Days, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Vacation Policy - AGN offers unlimited paid time off with prior approval of the customer management you are billable to on a project, as well as your AGN immediate supervisor.

The AGN Training and Certification Benefit offers employees the opportunity to get certified in their respective career field. With management pre-approval, we will reimburse the first and subsequent successful exam attempts leading to certification. Additionally, we will cover approved course and material expenses for training in these certifications. Advanced approval is required by your AGN immediate supervisor prior to setting up training

We offer Expense Reimbursement for supplies, software, and computing. Equipment should be pre-approved by your immediate supervisor prior to purchase, up to $2500 every two years. All expenses will need to be submitted for pre-approval as an expense request, and then for reimbursement as an expense report. Expenses must be submitted within 30-days of receipt date. Expenses will be reimbursed the pay period immediately following the date on which the expense was submitted and approved. Should the employee leave AGN within 2 years after the reimbursement for this purchase, the equipment must be either surrendered back to AGN or purchased from the company in a pro-rated amount of what we reimbursed based on time elapsed since purchase

We offer a Referral Bonus for hires made after 90 days of employment. AGN will pay a referral bonus to every employee who refers any new candidate who is hired. If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a position at AGN, feel free to refer them. If your referred candidate is successful in joining the AGN team, you are eligible for a $500 referral bonus upon completion of 90 calendar days of continuous employment. If your referred candidate stays for an entire year, we will provide you with another $500. Our Employee Referral Bonus may be higher if we hire your referred candidate in a hard-to-fill role. For example, if we hire your referral for the Network Architect position, which requires a Top Secret Clearance, you may receive up to $2,000. Exclusions: the referred new hire must not have applied previously to AGN within the past year, and you may not be the direct supervisor of the referred hire. Members of the Leadership Team are not eligible for the employee referral bonus program.
